One of our favorites! A beautiful, contrasting white bulb with purple stripes on the skin. Bulbs typically produce 8-12 cloves. Classified as a Purple Stripe type garlic, it originates from the cold, unforgiving climate of central Asia. Perfect for northern climates with freezing winters, it is an early spring riser and produces coiling scapes great for market growers and gardeners alike. Stores well in the right conditions, up to 6 months! Excellent flavor as well. The majority of our crew voted this their best tasting in our roasting trials!
