Over seven seasons of market farming we developed a pea mix that wows customers and draws people to our early stands. The diverse collection is a formula combination selected for the ability to produce late into the heat of the summer offering a wide harvest window. We are now observing plants in the mix that can produce through the heat of summer if kept picked. With a few successions these can produce over the entire season in our alpine climate.
