Description

A great multi-purpose green bean bred by the late Robert Lobitz of Paynesville, Minnesota. Preforms great in cold climates producing 6″ pods with great flavor.  Plants were bred for an upright habit to avoid loss and improve picking efficiency while also establishing quickly and smothering weeds. Produces a light yellow dry bean with brown splotches that can also be used as a tasty dry bean for winter. Phaseolus vulgaris. produces edible beans in 50 – 60 days
