The annual Potato Days festival held in Sopris Park is a celebration of Carbondale’s agricultural past when large acreages of land were put into cultivation of this starchy tuber. Wild Mountain Seeds continues the legacy of Potato Days by bringing our own delicious potato varieties as well as other fall time vegetable favorites like squash, cabbage, carrots, garlic, etc… to share with the community. Free coffee, a parade , and a tractor pull with a twist will cap off this fun weekend event!
