A diverse mix of Brassica Napus kales oselected for overwintering and production in our Mountain Climate. Lots of diversity that produces a wide variation of “Red Russian and White Russian” type of kales. Beautiful, fast growing and resistant to pest infestation due to the diversity. (the pests pick their favorites often sparing the remainder) Keep a high brix level in your plants and enjoy pest free production! Beautiful and great for both production for bunching and as a cut and come again baby leaf type. Our favorite kale for raw salads.
