$14.00$350.00

Allium sativum subs. ophioscorodon Hardeneck Porcelain. Named after Al Music who brought this amazing garlic from Italy to Ontario in the 1980s. Maybe the best Hardneck garlic we have ever grown! Epic production this season, with nice plants and equally nice wrapper leaves.   A very good cold-climate variety, producing wonderfully in our gardens. Makes between 4-7 large, easy to peel cloves per bulb, with shiny-white sheaths and pink-tinged clove skins. Very popular among producers and a must have in our gardens! 20–30 cloves per pound.
