Radishes of many colors with great uniformity and vigor. Possibly the easiest vegetable to grow, radish gives a delicious treat early in the gardening season making roots in 30 to 45 days. Radish serves as a great tool for keeping the soil covered and can also be planted in the fall to store nitrogen in their roots to be released when they decompose in spring. We often sow in the same beds as slower to germinate beets and carrots giving two crops in the same space while keeping the soil covered for a longer period of time. Enjoy!
